Kristie Cossel

Hi, my name is Kristie! I have been doing youth ministry since the summer of 2013 and have absolutely fallen in love with it. The Lord has given me a passion to see the youth of today encounter the Lord, become lifelong disciples, and know the unrelenting love of God. I love teaching others that youth ministry is simply fostering relationships with youth, loving them well, and telling them about Christ.

Tim Holt

In addition to being the Bishop’s Assistant, I also work as an automotive engineering expert to the legal community. My professional career spanned 33+ years with General Motors in the Metro Detroit, MI area. My engineering positions included plant, manufacturing, electrical, program management, specialty vehicles, and product investigations (including recalls). I’m still a car-guy after all that, restoring classics and occasional wrecks from the insurance auction. I grew up in El Paso, TX and earned my BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin. I enjoy learning more about the Lord, playing bass in the praise band, exercising, mountain biking and taking care of my mother!

Monty Stanford

Monty Stanford grew up in west Texas but spent most of his adult life in California. He graduated with degrees in English and journalism from New Mexico State University. After service in the Navy he earned his Ph.D. in Communication Research from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2023 Monty moved back to Texas to reside in El Paso. He teaches in the English Speaking Center of the Church of St. Clement and assists in producing the Diocese newsletter.

I am a third generation El Pasoan whose ancestors arrived from Quebec in 1903. My professional career consisted of working in business and industry, then in the field of education in El Paso and New Mexico as a math teacher and teacher coach. After turning over my life to Jesus Christ at the turn of the century, I have been serving His church in many volunteer capacities such as after-school ministries, English language classes, Bible study, Grief Share, and Altar Guild. In addition, I studied with the Chuck Colson Center, graduating as a Colson Fellow. I look forward to what God has for all of us In His Service.
